flex time


Tyler recently started flex-time hours;
he works from 7:30-5, with only a half hour lunch break, 9 week days
then gets the 10th work day off.
Last Friday was his first 'flex day'.

Suddenly,
there was margin.

Nice.

    what IS flex time?? it sounds like you like it though!so in that case, YAY!!!

    flexible time ~ in exchange for working longer work days, he gets 1 whole day off every 2 weeks (basically, gets his 40 hours in in 9 days instead of 10. not that he always only works 40 hrs/week...)
