I'm a little frustrated with myself;
I spotted the nest over a week ago,
but forgot to show it to the kids until yesterday.
Truth be told - I didn't really expect to find anything
in
the nest,
it being almost then middle of July.....

Tony had to stand on the top rung of the ladder
to get these pictures.
I think we should get a cardinal cam!
Aww! What an unexpected blessing. Maybe you need to put in a water fountain or mister so they can stay cool. We had baby mourning doves last year, but didn't find they until they were already running around. Do baby squirrels count?
ReplyDeleteI was thinking about setting out a tub of water for them, but it would get so HOT..... you know - Tyler bought a mister last year when they were working at L&L's house ~ hmmm
